Coverage
Fiberglass planters: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects — cracking, delamination, finish failure under normal use, indoors or out.
Concrete & composite: 2-year warranty against structural cracking when drainage is maintained. Surface patina is natural weathering, not a defect.
Ceramic, stoneware & terracotta: 1-year warranty against glaze and firing defects. Natural variation in glaze and texture is characteristic of fired clay, not a defect.
Stands & accessories: 1-year warranty against material and workmanship defects.
What's not covered
Damage from impacts, falls, or misuse; freeze damage in vessels with blocked drainage; terracotta left out below 25°F; normal weathering and patina.
Claims
Email photos, your order number, and a short description to hello@restorationplanters.com. Approved claims are replaced — not repaired — and you keep or recycle the original piece. No return freight required.
