How are planters packaged?
Packaging varies by product and fulfillment partner. Inspect the order when it arrives and retain all packaging until you are satisfied with its condition.
When will my order arrive?
There is no universal delivery window across the catalog. Tracking is emailed when it becomes available. If an order is time-sensitive, contact us before purchasing so we can review the information currently available for that item.
Returns & Order Problems
Can I return a planter?
Return eligibility can vary by item and fulfillment partner. Keep the product unused and retain its original packaging. Contact us promptly with the order number before returning anything; we will confirm the available next step in writing.
What if my planter arrives damaged?
Photograph the exterior packaging, shipping label, damage, and the full item as soon as possible. Send the photographs and order number through our contact page. We will document the claim and confirm the applicable replacement or refund process.
Products & Care
Which planters can live outdoors?
Use outdoors only when the individual product page specifically identifies the selected product as outdoor suitable. Material alone does not guarantee freeze resistance or suitability for every climate. When freezing weather, standing water, or extreme heat is possible, protect the planter or move it to a sheltered location.
Do your planters have drainage?
Drainage varies by product and sometimes by size. Review the individual product description before ordering. A cachepot without drainage should normally hold a separate nursery pot rather than direct planting.
How do I choose the right size?
