How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat $8 standard rate within the US.
How are planters packaged?
Ceramics ship double-boxed with tracked, insured delivery. Every piece is packed to arrive the way it left the studio.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If a piece isn't right in your space, returns are simple within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us and we'll take care of the rest.
What if my planter arrives damaged?
Every shipment is insured. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the piece or refund you in full — your choice.
Products & Care
Which planters can live outdoors?
Our fiberglass planters are weather-rated for outdoor use. Ceramic pieces are best indoors or in covered outdoor spaces; in freezing climates, bring ceramics inside for winter.
Do your planters have drainage?
It varies by piece — each product page lists drainage details. Many include drainage holes with removable stoppers or matching saucers.
How do I choose the right size?
Match the planter to your plant's grow pot: the interior dimension listed on each product page should be at least as wide as the nursery pot. When between sizes, size up.
