About these terms

These Terms of Service govern use of restorationplanters.com and purchases from Restoration Planters. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information and to keep account credentials secure.

Product information and planter fit

We work to present products accurately. Colors, textures, finishes, dimensions, and natural or handcrafted variation may appear different across screens or individual items. Exterior dimensions do not always equal the usable interior opening. Planter-match recommendations are good-faith guidance based on information supplied by the customer and product information available at that time; the customer remains responsible for checking the final product measurements, drainage, placement, and care information before purchase.

Photographs may include plants, stands, saucers, styling objects, or room settings that are not included unless the product description expressly says they are included.

Prices, inventory, and errors

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change before an order is accepted. Taxes and shipping are added where applicable. Inventory information can change and may be supplied by a fulfillment partner. We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-information errors. If a material correction affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide a reasonable choice to accept the correction or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or a material listing error. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. Customers authorize the chosen payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.

Fulfillment, shipping, returns, and refunds

Some products are fulfilled by approved third parties or brand partners. Restoration Planters remains the customer-facing contact for store orders. Shipment, cancellation, damage, return, and refund handling are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape or copy content at scale without permission, submit fraudulent information, or abuse another person. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the company, or the site.

Intellectual property

The site’s branding, original copy, layout, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Restoration Planters and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Product names, trademarks, and media owned by third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. Restoration Planters will not use a customer photograph in public marketing without permission. If permission is granted, you provide a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and adapt that approved content for Restoration Planters marketing; you may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us, although prior lawful uses may not be reversible.

Disclaimer and limitation

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the site and general planter guidance are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted access or a particular aesthetic, horticultural, or commercial result. Restoration Planters is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. For a product claim, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where a different limitation is required by law.

Governing law, changes, and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s location. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date; the terms in effect when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless the customer agrees otherwise or law requires otherwise.
